Full withdrawal policy

Contract term of the care plan: for consumers, a 12-month minimum term, after which the contract runs indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of a month (no automatic renewal). For businesses, a 12-month term that renews by 12 months unless cancelled at the latest one month before it ends. The setup fee is one-time. Cancelling is login-free via the cancellation form.

What happens right after I order?

You get an order confirmation, and we get in touch to collect your content, photos and branding. Then we start building.

Do I own my domain, my content and the website?

Yes. The domain is registered to you and your content stays yours. If you cancel, we hand over your content and, on request, an export of your site; hosting on our stack ends with the care plan.

How long does the care plan run, and how do I cancel?

Care plans run for a minimum of 12 months. As a consumer you can cancel after that at any time with one month's notice to the end of a month, with no automatic renewal. As a business the plan renews in 12-month terms unless you cancel at the latest one month before a term ends. Cancelling works without a phone call via the login-free cancellation form.

I already have a website. Can I switch?

Yes. Setup covers rebuilding your existing content into a faster, mobile-first site on our stack.

Which tier is right for me?

If one page covers your business, Starter. If you need service pages, Business. Multilingual or custom features, Enterprise. Unsure? Book a free call and we tell you honestly.

What is the difference between Care and Care Plus?

Care covers hosting, SSL, security updates, small content changes and monitoring. Care Plus adds ongoing growth: up to 2 new landing pages a month, 10 AI images a month with 2 revision rounds each, priority handling, and your own MCP server access to discuss changes directly with Claude, from your phone too.

Can I cancel the blog automation add-on?

Yes. The blog add-on has no minimum term: it is monthly and you can cancel it any time via the same login-free form, independently of your care plan.
