When the cancellation takes effect: care plans ordered since August 2026 have a 12-month minimum term. For consumers the contract then continues indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of a month. For businesses the term renews by 12 months unless cancelled at the latest one month before it ends. Older contracts and the blog automation add-on remain cancellable monthly. The exact date is in your confirmation email.
